Make the critical requirements visible.
A useful manufacturing review connects geometry with function. Before requesting a quotation, identify which features control assembly, alignment and appearance. Complete information helps us evaluate tool access, workholding, inspection and the manufacturing sequence without relying on assumptions.
Datums and critical dimensions
Supply a dimensioned drawing alongside the 3D model. Clearly identify the datum structure, fits, threads and geometric tolerances needed for the product to function.
Access and workholding
Internal corners, deep features and thin sections deserve early attention. Rather than applying a universal rule, we assess these features against the actual material and geometry.
Revision and finish control
Use a clear revision identifier and align the model with the drawing. Include the final finish, masking requirements and any dimensions that must be checked after treatment.

Frequently asked questions
Do you redesign the product?
The review focuses on manufacturability. Any proposed design change needs approval from the party responsible for the product design.
What if my drawing and model differ?
Identify the discrepancy before manufacturing. The controlling revision and document precedence should be agreed in the project requirements.
