The right machining route for each feature.
Our high-precision CNC milling services use 3- and 4-axis machining resources that support prismatic components, housings, plates and structural parts. The equipment portfolio includes MAZAK horizontal machining and machining centers from Brother, LITZ and other manufacturers. We plan the process around datum relationships, tool access and the inspection requirements on your drawing.
Functional interfaces
Mounting faces, locating features and assembly interfaces need a clear datum strategy. Identify the dimensions that control function so they receive the right machining and inspection attention.
Pockets, profiles and holes
We review access to internal features, corner requirements and feature depth before selecting the machining sequence. Complex geometry can be routed to multi-axis resources where appropriate.
Continuity through finishing
Machining allowances and masking requirements are reviewed against the selected finish. The quotation should identify whether acceptance dimensions apply before or after treatment.

Frequently asked questions
What files should I send?
A 3D model plus a dimensioned drawing is preferred. Identify material, finish, thread details and any critical geometric tolerances.
Are all features best suited to milling?
Not necessarily. Rotational features may benefit from turning, while restricted internal geometry may require another process. We review the part as a complete manufacturing task.
