Finishing belongs in the manufacturing plan.
Lianwei’s company profile describes a joint surface-treatment R&D center and supporting production lines for anodizing, painting, powder coating, polishing and laser marking. We connect finishing requirements with the upstream machining plan. Process suitability depends on the substrate, alloy, geometry and intended use.
Protective and decorative finishes
Anodizing, painting and powder coating are available capabilities to evaluate. Specify the material and finish standard so the correct process can be assessed.
Controlled appearance
Color references, texture, gloss expectations and cosmetic zones should be agreed before production. Photos alone may not fully define an appearance requirement.
Marking and final details
Laser marking, paint filling and related finishing steps can be included in the project review. Supply artwork and identify locations, orientation and acceptance criteria.

Frequently asked questions
Can the same finish be used on magnesium and aluminum?
Do not assume the processes are interchangeable. We review treatment suitability for the specified alloy and service environment.
When should I specify a coating?
Include it with the first RFQ. Thickness and masking can affect the machining plan, fit and inspection requirements.
Can I specify a cosmetic sample?
Yes. Include the approved reference and measurable acceptance requirements where possible; the final process remains subject to technical review.
