Optical & ImagingCOMPONENT PORTFOLIO
OVERVIEW

Support the geometry around the optics.

Optical imaging is a core sector identified in Lianwei’s company introduction. The supplied portfolio includes optical housings, lens-barrel components and optical frames. Our role is the manufacture of mechanical components to the customer’s drawings, with machining and inspection requirements aligned to the assembly.

01

Lens-barrel components

Turning and compound machining can be evaluated for rotational geometry and mounting features. Include the specified fits, threads and alignment requirements.

02

Housings and optical frames

CNC and multi-axis routes can be considered for pockets, mounting faces and multi-directional features. Highlight the interfaces that locate the optical assembly.

03

Surface and assembly requirements

Specify cosmetic areas, required treatments and protected interfaces. Optical performance or stray-light requirements must be translated into approved component specifications.
