Access more of the part. Keep the relationships in focus.
Our equipment portfolio includes DMG MORI five-axis machining centers and a MAZAK nine-axis turn-mill center. These resources offer manufacturing routes for parts that combine complex access requirements with closely related features. Machine selection follows a review of geometry, workpiece size and workholding.
Multi-face components
Access to several faces can reduce the need to transfer a part between separate setups. The actual setup plan is determined by the geometry and inspection datums.
Contoured geometry
Curved and angled surfaces require careful tool access and process planning. We evaluate each contour against the drawing and intended surface requirements.
Precision relationships
The manufacturing plan considers how critical features relate to one another, not just individual dimensions. Inspection planning follows the same functional datums.

Frequently asked questions
Does every complex part require five-axis machining?
No. A simpler process may be suitable for some parts. We choose the route based on access, tolerances, workholding and quantity.
Does multi-axis machining remove all secondary operations?
Not always. Finishing, deburring, additional setups or secondary processes may still be required and are assessed during quotation.
